Christmas break well earned ….

Cantabile rounded their Christmas season off beautifully singing the Hodie and John Rutter’s Angel’s Choir at the Hereford Cathedral School Carol Service last Thursday with their very own Jess Price as soloist for the first verse of the opening congregational hymn.

Their contribution was part of an evening of readings and singing by pupils, choirs and teachers at the school.

St John’s concert ‘Can you hear me… ‘ and more

For those unable to attend the concert last Monday at St John’s I’ve attached some samples which mobile technology failed to distort beyond recognition. Apologies that these don’t reflect the breadth of talented contributions that we all enjoyed. If more surface will add them in.

This evening it’s Cantabile’s Christmas Concert at St John’s Church …

To help us all feel the Christmas cheer, Cantabile are ready to delight us with old favourites, and new, at their Christmas Concert tonight.

Tickets will be available on the door on a first come first served basis. The concert will start at 7:00pm.

“WOLCUM YOLE !”

A candlelit advent concert was enjoyed by all on Saturday courtesy of the organisers at St Lawrence Church, Stretton Grandison, who asked them to return again this year and kick-start the festive season.

We were very grateful for the warm reception shown by Elizabeth Mullenger and the equally enthusiastic helpers and audience.
